Pretty much this...shit TON should be spent.  It needs to be since all the future depth/talent is at rookie/a ball.  They need to literally "buy time" until they get to the MLB

Well, the Cubs have lost the last seven World Series that they've been in. That needs to change now!

Those tickets were cheap even for those times.

If you factor in inflation, they would cost in today's dollars approximately $27 (Cubs) and $64 (Indians). Good luck finding WS tickets today at those prices.
