I agree with this. Unless the teacher has documented training (former police, special forces. etc...) it is asking for problems. Teachers are not cops, they are teachers

Dumb idea to arm teachers for at least another aspect. If I am an active shooter, I now know who I need to neutralize first. they become prime targets.

Actually, yes. If you make it featureless (the one on top) you can have a standard magazine release as opposed to the "bullet button" release

This is absurd logic, it really is.  
The reason these cowards pick these targets is that they are defenseless, if this was not the case, the choice might change.
I dont support it mind you, I dont think almost anything that deals with the action itself will have much consequence till we deal with the root causes, im just saying that the comparison is a little whack.
