One of my good friends works in the LA County DAs office…I asked him if they were all wearing their dodgers gear while doing the investigation. As a dodgers fan He declined to comment.

If they bring him back, they risk the muppet backlash. But they have no "legal" reason not to. Even if they cut him they have to pay him, a la josh hamilton.

But accused doenst mean guilty either.

Literally any one of us can accuse any other of us of anything. It doesnt mean its true.

The kicker in this incident was that its hard to proove bauer did anything criminal when he had proof of this woman saying "that was great, lets do it again"

A poor black/brown/yellow/green man would have had this same outcome.

 

There is no way in hell charges were going to get filed in this case. Nor should there have been, at least with what has been reported. 

Not to mention this was sent to the Los Angeles DAs office..... the LA DA is not filing on plenty of poor dark skinned men these days.

Gascon isnt even filing gang enhancements on shootings..... but he should file at best misdemeanor assault?.... for a victim who said she enjoyed it, went back for seconds?
