That's Arte's fault though. He's the one that signed Pujols and Hamilton.  He's the one that gave Scioscia that 10 year extension.  He's the one that tells the GM how much he can and can't spend etc.  He will also be the one to decide to trade Trout while he's signed, keep him while he's signed and pay him if he wants to stay.

Just not a very good team at all right now. I've checked out the last few days as well, because at a certain point it just isn't worth it and life gets in the way. I still check the scores religiously but no longer feel a need to watch every inning.

What are we, like 7 games under .500 since game 16? We have enough of a sample size to be able to say the overall result won't be that different than last year in my opinion

Without reading through the thread, WTF did Scioscia bring in BadRock, when Canha was 1-12 lifetime against Alvarez and Alvarez had only faced one batter??????

That took old school (righty-righty) to the max.   Sometimes, it’s not best to do it, especially if a lefty pitcher has dominated a righty batter.
