Nothing like corporate America trumping public safety.  Can't make money off bikes and skateboards.  But sure can make money off motorized scooters.

I don’t think anyone over the age of 18 was ever required to wear a helmet while on a skateboard or a bike. Maybe @ten ocho recon scout can confirm.

Looked it up, and you are right.  over age of 18, only Bidwell, Chico and El Cerrito.   So does that mean motorized bikes also mean no helmets?
