Hopefully Correa just because it would hurt the Astros offense substantially.  If we’re just comparing players for players, I’d want Seager.  I feel like Arte would go for him as well to spite the Dodgers, but would he really leave them for the Angels?  Going to vote for the field

It seems that Arte is just about offense. In that vein, it makes sense to grab Correa, hurting the Astros at the same time.

No one. Maddon uses the shift so much that we seldom need a 'SS'. Hell, it seems like the whole infield is on the left side of 2nd base for one batter and then the right side of 2nd base for the next batter. Why spend 20+ million on a '$$' (abbreviation for expensive 'SS') when all we need to do is play a 'Rover' like they do in some softball leagues.
