I would loveeeee to see the Halos knock them out of post-season play. 

The way the Halos are playing (17-6 in their past 23 games), it would not be surprising.

 

Agreed though that I want no Skanks in the post-season.   Let the WCs be two teams from Cleveland, KC, TB, and Balt.

The A'ths and Red Sox (not nearly the douche quotient of the past several years) are two great stories.

 

AL MOTY = Farrell, followed by Melvin, then Yost, then Francona..all great jobs done.

Just a reminder. The Angels were eliminated from the Division Championship tonight. The Rangers still have a chance.

This is the first season in my adult life where I didn't notice this happen.  A testament to both how crappy this season has been, and how including the last few seasons we've had it good for a long time.

Rangers blow an extra innings lead for yet another loss. They are hanging onto the Wild Card spot with only a half game.  At this rate, the Angels and Rangers could end up with the same record.
