Then, last year, when the Rangers were pulling the same act they are putting on right now, what walking jinx was still playing for them? Napoli.

 

..and who will be there when the Red Sox pull off an epic choke, standing on the field with his top two jersey buttons undone and necklace dangling, powerless to stop the curse he brought with him? Napoli.

I watched last night's game when Nathan blew the save and then the Rays won.  That is a defeated team.  Their mood walking off the field was devastating.  And today they face Price.

I'm getting way too much enjoyment from watching the Rangers collapse, almost as much enjoyment when the Red Sox collapse a few seasons ago.  Almost

They have Darvish going and if they lose today they have the Royals coming in next and they could be out of the playoff spot.

He was clearly calling pitches from the dugout. He's an expert at calling pitches that choke away playoff games.

Watched some of the early part of this game. Rays could have probably applied a knockout blow in the first with an extra base hit. Darvish had just walked in a run to make it 2-1 Rays, and Tampa had two out and the bases loaded. Yu threw about 35 pitches in the first inning alone.

They are not.

They are 1.5 game behind the wild card spot but they do have 3 games against the Astros.
