    What's interesting to me is the Dodgers weak claim that they should be 2017 champions. Apparently they've overlooked the fact that the Nats didn't seem to have trouble beating the Astros.

    It will be entertaining to learn Maddon's demands before he takes the job. I suspect he will demand a upscale and expensive pitching staff.

    I recall reading that either Tovar or Rengifo was out of options. I agree that Tovar will be re-assigned to SLC . He's useful.

    They are now 1-5 in their last six games. Scouts will figure how to get Vogelbach out. Their SPs are as bad as ours and the BP sucks because they lost their closer for 2 -3 months. Their defense is horrible. Just like last year, they'll sink back to the .500 mark. The Astros will rule the AL West as they have.
