also started watching Hard Sun (on Hulu). it's about a a pair of detectives who uncover some secret gov't program that predicts the end of the world in five years, with mass panic, aggressive crowd control, and detention camps. i'm on S1E3 and it's dealing with the public fallout once the plan was made public, and how the whack jobs are taking the ball and running with it. it's been interesting and i'd recommend it based on what i've watched so far.

IMO the first two seasons are fantastically hilarious. The last two go in weird directions, though season four is oddly prophetic.
