The mighty AL East only has one team .500 or better.   Every other division in MLB has at least three.   The AL West had a nice day, everyone won and everyone is .500 or better.  April baseball can be quirky....

being able to sit in your backyard and see Lake Michigan vs seeing a wood fence? I think that qualifies. Not to mention blocking access to the Lake.

you obviously don't know how zoning regulations work.

Look, I just don't think the neighbor has any right to tell them they can't have a fence for privacy in their own backyard because they want to see a body of water (across their neighbors backyard).

Is that really unreasonable? The whole thing is dumb.

It’s being pretty widely called a bad deal for the player. Jeff Passan says he’s hearing from many people in and around baseball calling it the worst contract extension for a player ever. It’s seven years plus two more team options, basically buying out all of his arb years plus three years of FA.
