Down to the last season of Endeavor.

I has been interesting to see his relationship with Thursday evolve.  Certainly took some turns that I didn't expect.

I hope this season holds up and that there is another season in the works.

On a side note, not sure I ever want to visit Oxford, they seem to have a high mortality rate.

1. Yes, the season holds up.

2. Yes, there will be another season.

Watched The Assassination of Jessie James by the Coward Robert Ford. Interesting, and heard a lot of info I hadn’t known before.

Moved a little slower than I wanted it to, but the last half hour was better paced.

@fishbulb

It is very deliberately paced, for sure. That cinematography, though: so great.

Really good show.

Every show with multiple murders in the series really paints the area in a bad way. My wife and I are marking off each place for no travel, lol.

The Hunt For The Wilderpeople

Taika Waititi's film before JoJo Rabbit and before Thor: Ragnarok is distinctly lower budget. This is one of the tropiest films I've seen in a long time, but a lot of that is played off in a charming satirical sort of way. In many ways I think you could describe the movie as a satire of tropes. We've seen everything in here before, but now it's all funny and absurd. Waititi has a way of weaving together life's sad and silly moments that is distinctly his own and always worth watching.
