Honestly, I have felt that a lot of the projections, by media guys like Bowden and posters here, were not realistic....I don't think Minasian has the budget to get a Bauer or a lot of the others on the "wish list"....we'll see....maybe there is more to come....If there is, I bet it is a trade an not a FA signing though .....

Have to say this is disheartening.  I would like to think there is something more but there never is.....  Wish this team would have gone full rebuild years ago but they seem satisfied being stuck in the middle. This has been where we are for years.

Meh.  Not too exciting.  At this point I just want them to hold the guys they have. I’ve given up on them doing much else.  We’ll see how the season goes.  There’s enough to make a run to the playoffs.  If they can play well and do that it’ll be enough.  
 

eventually they’re going to have to get a good upper order pitcher.  And it can’t be 5 years from now.  Tick tock on the teams time to get Mike Trout a ring.
