Honesty the Thaiss and Wilson draft were done under Eppler, and in both draft he decided to go under-slot for that first pick. 2016 the year Thaiss was drafted, We also drafted; Marsh--> traded for O'hoppe, could say that Marsh was our best pick of the Draft. C-Rod--> High Upside, just can't stay healthy Williams and Duensing--> both were wildcard and unfortunately were busts 2019 was Wilson, and honesty it's has been a crap draft for us. Most notable picks are; Paris, Kochanowicz, Davis Daniels, Crow, and Stalling 2015 was the year Dipoto quit, Don't remember who the Gm was at the time; Most noticeable picks were; Ward, Jones, Fletcher, Long (got hurt) and Walsh Looking back 2015 turned out to be a nice little draft!

Would not rule out Houston just yet. They'll get Verlander back Friday and Valadez seems to have dodger serious injuries. Even with those guys, I don't think there the same teams as the previous few years. At best they'll be a wildcard team.

Last start the Ray's hitter were looking for that Fastball of Soriano. I am expecting the same this start. Soriano needs to use it as a strength of his, avoid the middle of the plate, hits the corners and down on the strike zone and get those ground balls!

Could Tucker Flint be another underrated player in our system? it's early, but he has shown good plate discipline and power potential. He's maintained a BB rate of around 11% through his milb career, and so far has cut down his K rate to 22%. For me he's starting to fall in the 15 to 22 range with grades shown below. Hit 55 Power 45 Run 40 Arm 50 Field 50

one thing for sure, neither one has command/control. Canning just serves meat balls and Sandavol just walks alot of peope.

Personally, I would mind considering moving Thaiss from Backup C and move In a backup 3rd,1st and C. I think his bat deserves to get m0re time in the line-up. Something to maybe consider next year.
