Who stays and who goes next year?

this team will be very similarly constructed next year. it's just the way it is contract wise. the guys who've contributed are not FA eligible and the guys who we would like to trade have long contracts and no trade value whatsoever.

Yep. My guess is that this will be the least active off-season the team has had since the Stoneman regime.

We need to add some speed guys, this team has no speed outside of trout, Calhoun would be a great number 2 hitter, but he doesn't have speed.

trout isn't a speed guy. not anymore. he can't run because of pujols, but it's not that pujols doesn't like guys running in front of him, but rather "there are a lack of opportunities." want to buy a bridge?

Um, no. It is just pure hyperbole to think there will be a complete makeover. This team won 98 games and can win 90+ again. Wilson and Hamilton will both be given at least one more chance.

Why might happen is that Moreno doubles down and goes after a big arm. But other that, only tweaks.

This team is still good. Not many changes need to be made.

If Hamilton and CJ don't show signs of rebounding, they needed to be traded away soon to a team that is willing to take a gamble.

Also, Rasmus needs to start. Not stretching him out was the most head scratching move MS made this season.
