On the other hand, I was considering only Berrios' age and the degree to which he is better than Cobb. Adding in the extra year, and it may be more likely that Cobb yields a 45/45+ prospect.

Well they gave up Jahmai Jones for him, who is 45 FV and is performing very well in AAA. And that was considered to be buying at Cobb's low point. And still, it was a step price. If they trade him, they better get a 45 or 50 FV, at minimum.

Add in Iglesias or someone else for the right team and sweeten the deal.

It’s also hypocritical of you.  Would you give up 2 top 100 prospects, one being a pitcher the other a SS for 1.3 years of a good but not great pitcher?

If I could get 2 top 100 prospects for him, no I would not be joking.  I realize he doesn’t have the track record of Berrios, but going forward I would take Sandoval and his 5 years of control over Berrios and his 1 year.

I agree with this part. I think/hope Sandoval and Detmers are a non-starter for Minasian today.

The Twins pulled off the biggest deal of Deadline day thus far by sending Berríos to the Blue Jays for two Top-100 prospects, but sources say they're not done. Plenty more to trade, including Michael Pineda, Hansel Robles, Tyler Duffey and possibly Max Kepler or Byron Buxton.
