Same here. The Angels came on strong into the off-season with a new dugout staff but have since been blanked. The rest of the FA starting pitchers can simply wait it out until the Angels get desperate enough to pay them what they want. Teams trading with the Angels can stand pat until all the free agents are off the board then ask for the moon in return for lesser entities. 

There's nothing that Billy can do the rest of the meetings unless he's willing to overpay in money or prospects, and he will likely not move to such desperation unless he's forced to.
