It still has potential.  I've been following it, and the swings are pretty wild.  It'll be up 70% one day, then down 70% the next.  If it was on Crypto or Coinbase, I'd probably get in on it.  But it is only on a tiny number of exchanges, if any.  Adoption is the other issue.  If a bunch of porn stars, strip clubs, and Onlyfans started using it, it might become huge.  But I haven't heard of anyone using it yet.

I'm thinking of cutting my losses on Doge till at least the 25th.  I liquidated all my other minor crypto, and looks like it might have been a good move since they are down big now.  What say you?

I’m on the fence. This is obviously because China is regulating crypto mining. Maybe it’ll blow over, or maybe this shit will go down to .05.

I’m also concerned the hype has died and people have moved on to other shit coins

It nearly dropped to .17 just now.

I don't think it's about hype and moving on to other coins.  I'm hoping it's the Etherium balloon with the options coming up that's driving it.  I'm just wondering if this is some type of Gamestop situation, where the people behind the scenes are tanking things on purpose since a lot of big money institutions got into crypto lately and were jacking up the price.  Nothing those types love more than to have even one institutional whale lose billions.

It could be all the above. I’d assume if people are tanking it on purpose they’d be trying to lower the price so they can buy more at a discount. I’m not sure if this a textbook pump and dump though…All I know is that Doge generally mirrors Bitcoin and all of crypto is taking a shit right now due to a very specific issue.

Maybe @cals can chime in, since I’m a casual investor.

Personally speaking, I’m not going to sell. It’s really tempting, but I think it would be panicky to sell right now and eat a huge loss
