I feel like the pitch limit thing is very much an organizational decision. The Angels.  Understandably are going to probably be pretty conservative on this sort of thing.

We seem to do all of the little things wrong. Great offense, defense, and starting pitching on paper and yet they still find countless ways to lose games they have in the bag.

There was no reason to pull Barria there. He was dealing, only at 96 pitches. Typical Scioscia overmanaging again. He has cost this team many wins.

If this is a organizational thing....

one would wonder why Eppler would not stock his bullpen in the offseason with uh better pitchers than the turds we have in there now 

I mean, his only real acquisition was Jim Johnson.

That's a sign of terrible management.

This entire coaching staff needs to be purged from Scioscia to the bullpen coach, don't leave anyone behind and start anew.

If they don't win this one I'll say this is their worst loss. Blowing the games against the Yankees and then the Mariners twice stunk but this is the team the Angels are chasing for that division. To drop games against them in this fashion sucks
