Quick giving up 4 goals..nearly impossible. Ducks essentially have 2 periods to score at least 3 goals.

Kings played great, we look like dog sh*t out there.

on the penalty shot -- Quick 'out Quicked' Perry with the early poke check........looked like Perry was waiting to the last second to lift one over Quick.

 

as for pulling Gibson, during the break after the first period, the NBCSN panel said Gibson probably would have been pulled had he not been a 20 year old rookie........

 

oh well.

 

lot of game to go but Kings couldn't have asked for a better start and a better first period.

 

Ducks catching hell in the locker room -- they need a real strong opening five minutes of the second.

I think it's already over. The Kings are gritty and play good D to give up a big lead.

 

Might chip away and be in position in the third to tie and make it interesting, but don't think give up the lead.

 

And this is all assuming they don't score which with the way the Ducks D is playing isn't out of the question. i don't know about the 3rd goal, but Fowler is -2.
