The Braves' decision to turn Reynaldo Lopez back into a starter has worked out so far. I'm curious to see if he'll last the whole season. 18 innings over three starts and only one run.

Ditto SF and Jordan Hicks.   Four starts 1.53 ERA over 23 innings.

Would not rule out Houston just yet. They'll get Verlander back Friday and Valadez seems to have dodger serious injuries. Even with those guys, I don't think there the same teams as the previous few years. At best they'll be a wildcard team.

Being 41 has to catch up to Verlander at some point right? I'm 41, not out of shape, and my body still reminds me daily of my age.

Sandoval's 4.67 ERA doesn't look so bad right now after 4 starts.
