Depends on pitch recognition, I think. Everything else, I see little reason why he wouldn't reasonably develop.

Brett Kerry's stats this year (I know it's early) are silly.  He didn't make any top 30 lists, but was a 5th round pick last year.  His draft bios seemed promising (projecting more as a reliver than anything).  What's the story on him?
