If Ohtani isn’t going to be there opening day Heaney deserves it. He has the talent. Hopefully this year he can put it together and be the ace this team needs.

a class that did not want to be here... please stop acting like we had all these choices.

He’s on record as saying he didn’t want us to sign any of them.   So I’m not sure why he’s making this comment except to stay on brand.

Anyway, somebody has to do it.

Because Andrew has so far missed 4 of his 8 MLB Aprils, I will hold my celebrating until the actual opening day comes and Andrew is indeed warming up to pitch.
