Man, if we only had La Stella our lineup we would be STACKED with Simmons and Upton back. 

That said, not a bad first four in our lineup. Hoping Kole Calhoun can get hot and Pujols and Bour can provide some offense along the way.

Decided to listen to the call of the first inning over again from the Mariners radio broadcast. Following the Trout's HR they were recalling all of the Stats that Trout was leading the league with, and then he said all though Trout will never measure up to Griffey Jr. he is still really good.

After witnessing that last night at the big A the season is complete for me 

what a performance.

Griffey had ONE thing better than Trout, better arm.

Even then, Trout’s arm is so much better than it was in the minors.

Trout's career OPS is now 1.000, first among active players and 8th all-time. He was at .997 just a few days ago.

His career adjusted OPS+ ticked up to 177. He's moving up on Lou Gehrig (179) for 4th place all-time.

Insane.  He always has seemed to have the “lead by example” mentality.

Now it seems to be magnified.  We are just so blessed and lucky to see a once in a generation type player play on a nightly basis.
