Of course, the more likely scenario is that the Dodgers/Rockies/Cubs/Brewers all either win or lose today.

Apparently dodger fans are mad about the Nationals not starting Scherzer today against the Rockies.

If the Dodgers and Cubs meet in the WC, and the season holds true to form for both teams, the Dodgers will take a 1-0 lead into the ninth and Janssen will blow the save, with the Cubs winning 2-1. The Cubs will win with only six hits.

Khris Davis is currently hitting .247. Khris Davis finished at .247 in 2015, 2016, 2017. If he goes 0-2, or 1-4, or 1-5, he will finish at .247.

Looks like they're both going to win, barring a major choke from either side.

I think this is hilarious mainly because they're going to have to burn a pitcher just to see who wins the NL.. But then again, there are so many off days in playoffs these days that it doesn't really hurt their rotations.

Looks like none of the eliminated opposing teams showed up to play on game 162. The Cardinals just didn't even bother to challenge a homerun call on a ball that clearly hit off the top of the fence and came back into play.

i don't know, but maybe someone here does . . . will they be restricted to the 25 man roster in the one-game playoff, or will teams be able to use their september call ups?
