Brexit was already a mess the minute it was conceived.

Just delusional populists who imagine that they are entitled to benefits of the European system without having to pay the costs of being part of it.  It’s been so obvious that this simply wouldn’t work.  The UK has been integrated into the EU for almost 50 years.  How is that supposed to be turned back without massively impacting most aspects of their social and economic infrastructure ? This has always been a no win situation for Theresa May.  Bitches like Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson have greatly damaged their country.

Is there literally any Mel Brooks movie that could get remade today?  like even 1?
Such great films that pissed off everyone, especially Hedy Lamarr.
There are 2 kinds pof people in this world, those who know Mel Brooks is better than Woody Allen, and those who are wrong.

MP's in Parliament have sounded rejected May's Brexit deal by a vote of 432 to 202.

Brexit is dead.

It's not dead. The UK will still leave the EU in March unless something changes. Without Parliament passing a deal they will do so without any arrangement with their former EU peers. This would be bad to catastrophic for both the EU and the UK.   May um... may have dragged her feet to pressure members of Parliament to accept a deal. Those opposed to the exit may be trying to pressure for another referendum vote, though that seems unlikely. She may face another no-confidence vote though she would likely survive it at this point. She may go back to the EU to try and get more concessions, though the EU while concerned about no deal, is loathe to give up anything else. May sigh... may also try to push back the March dropdead date if there is progress.

It will be a hard exit and the private sector will figure it out. They always do.

I don't know about that... The problem has almost everything to do with where borders and customs will be added. The loss of free movement between Britain, Ireland and France is going to be a huge deal and there is really nothing anyone can do about it.

They'll figure it out just like other countries figure it out. If anything I can see countries like Italy leaving the EU as well which will be a good thing.
