HITTING REPORT: Daniel Nava had three hits and drove in three runs. Two of Nava’s hits came against left-handed pitchers. A switch-hitter, Nava figures to get the bulk of his playing time against right-handed pitchers… Andrelton Simmons was 0-for-3 with two strikeouts. He dropped to 0-for-6 in his two games. “I didn’t do great today but I was seeing the ball good,” he said. “That’s all you want in spring training. I’m saving the hits for later.”… Rafael Ortega reached on a bunt single.
