I'm not going to get into a back and forth with you on this, but i'll say this. Can you unequivocally say that Seth Rich did not leak the DNC e-mails to Wikileaks with 100 percent certainty? A covered up murder of a leaker would be one of the biggest stories in American political history. I think it's well worth pursuing, but everyone who tries to is deemed a crazy conspiracy theorist and attacked from every direction. I wonder why? Do you really think politicians aren't dirty enough to do something like this? If this broke, it would decimate the Democratic party. There is a mountain of evidence that hints he could be a leaker, it just doesn't quite go far enough.

Yet...

Well, using that "logic"...can you unequivocally say that Donald Trump didn't collude with the Russians or masturbate to photos of his daughter? There is certainly evidence that points to it being the case...prove it's not.

There is zero credible evidence Seth Rich leaked the information. The "mountain of evidence" you say hints at him being the leaker hasn't held up under scrutiny. The Fox news source backtracked, the FBI never had the laptop, kim.com trolled hannity, the family has stated he didn't, the police have stated it was a botched robbery, he didn't have a job that gave him access to the emails, and the intelligence agencies have been quite clear the source of the emails was hacking efforts by the Russians.

At a certain point if you want to push a theory you have to have credible evidence...and credible evidence isn't just throwing shit on the wall and then telling the other side to disprove it or posting an email without context from over a year before any of these activities occurred...the burden of proof isn't on the other side to prove something didn't happen.

FBI?  NSA?  ICE?  Homeland Security?  Border Patrol?  We know that LAPD, Sherriffs, and CHP will do nothing.

My god, we are a police state aren't we?

Well, I'm thinking that if they are going door-to-door, we should have a new one. Maybe the SSP, Secret State Police. Better yet, if we use a word that people won't recognize, maybe it won't scare them too much, like Geheime State Police. That should do it.

I'll just put it in here.  Since it isn't really appropriate to put it in the main hangout post.

'Irritating' - UK scolds U.S. officials who leaked name of Manchester attacker

And I agree with them.  The Brits should have been calling the shots on releasing that information when it was appropriate for them.  Not some US media sources.

This is awesome.

Trump condemns leaks after UK police stop sharing attack information

Quote

President Donald Trump said on Thursday that "deeply troubling" leaks to U.S. media about the Manchester suicide bombing would be investigated, after irate British police stopped sharing information with U.S. agencies.

British Prime Minister Theresa May said earlier she would tell Trump that intelligence shared between their two countries had to remain secure, in a rare public show of dissatisfaction with Britain's closest security ally.

White people really are the worst....

Trump’s assessment proved premature. Dela Rosa said the gunman had not aimed his weapon at resort-goers and appeared more concerned with getting a hold of “casino chips.”

“We cannot attribute this to terrorism,” dela Rosa said, according to Reuters. He said police were looking into the “robbery angle.”

He described the gunman as “foreign-looking, a Caucasian,” and said police were still pursuing him.

This story is just weird. Gunman kills 37 but they don't die via a gun but rather smoke inhalation?
