    Question for a legal mind here: If Arte were to have gone through with a sale showing X revenue from the Bally's contract, likely knowing this was coming (from his stake), could that have left him in exposure of misrepresentation? hope that makes sense, too tired to think through it

    Yeah, I got one of those a few years ago on accident (like they gave me someone else's), and it was delicious. The shell compliments the chicken well

    Completely wishful thinking, but almost makes sense. Lets say he wants $3.5B (or some such). Bidders tell him it's not worth that, without an Ohtani extension. Arte realizes that all he has to do is spend someone else's future money, signs Ohtani to ridiculous deal. Arte sells again, we benefit.

I did always enjoy the fellow who claimed the mean streets of Angels Stadium parking lot as his stomping grounds (wasn’t that the guy who would put soda in his water cup at Del Taco, or some dumbass thing like that?) and wanted to fight everyone, and the thread where someone (blanking on name) really got bent on Percy’s hat

    Yeah, that’s the one. What a messed up lady. The series was a good series, you’re right. If I recall correctly, in one episode he went over the murder that would later be referenced in the Toadies song Possum Kingdom, and I couldn’t help but play it while watching.
