Finally popped in Dragon Age last night. I'm so lost.

You need to perform a few Dragon hijacks and a grog robbery. Things will settle in quickly.

I've been holding out on a new system (mainly because of the money) but I feel when the next Batman comes out I'm going to be forced to buy one.

If you do a lot of multimedia type stuff I definitely recommend the Xbox.  I have been very impressed with it.  I haven't done much gaming on it but when I have it has been very smooth.

I still can't get into FPS on consoles after years of playing TFC and CS on a desktop.  I have fun playing like Metal Gear Solid or Halo multiplayer if I'm playing at my buddies house but I can't imagine putting serious time into a FPS on a console due to the controls.  

 

I'm still playing the newest dragon age but as someone else mentioned earlier in the thread I need to keep the story moving.  Over the last month I've been pretty busy and the only times I played I've been killing dragons which has almost gotten repetitive.

I haven't played a rpg since Xenogears or a final fantasy. I'm lost a little and behind the learning curve for the updated ones opposed to simple turn based.

Mulwin sent me some advice that I'm going to go over.

The Witcher 3 is probably the one game and RPG I've been looking forward to the most. I trust the developers to deliver.

Currently playing a level 13 argonian necromage. Playing on master difficulty, I already beat the game once on initiate. I love water breathing, so useful for pussing out of a tough battle and running to some lake to hide

I am playing Destiny and appears the game designers pretty much ****ing hate gamers and decided that long drawn out torture is what they feel we all deserve.

 

When you finally do spend the gazillion hours to afford one pair of legendary gloves they make it so you have to put in twice the hours to upgrade them.

 

Meanwhile you are playing crucible matches in order to level up against guys that obviously are unemployed History majors living at home that had all the time at their disposal to get all of the cool gear and can disintegrate you with one shot.
