Why didn't Rasmus pitch a 4th inning?

Two fewer pitches than the previous game FIVE days ago, and he should have been able to make 60-65 pitches.

Then he could have gone up to 75 pitches his next start.

Roth is clearly not the answer, and a trade is clearly not going to happen.

Just give Rasmus that 5th spot.
