And finally, it appears the last of Dipoto's big pitching acquisitions (Hector Santiago, Tyler Skaggs and Andrew Heaney) has now left the Angels. 

Now we can move on.

The correct way to look at it is to say everyone else improved, the Angels promoted a prospect and hoped for good health. 

But we are not getting them at the deadline.  It will be at least a week or two more.

If Minasian is going to troll the fanbase with trades, sign him to a lifetime extension. I suspect we will acquire Cameron Junker, Carlos Bustamante, Trevor Craport, and of course Angel Bastardo in the offseason.

It doesn't matter how crappy the offers were.  They are something in return.  This off season both could be walking away and we got nothing.

Does this imply we're gonna try to re-sign Cobb and Raisel in the offseason? I could see it with Raisel but I'd steer clear of Cobb.

I don't have a problem extending either of them.  However if they are gone and we got nothing in trade than Minassian is an idiot.
