Yeah authoritarian regimes control the media and make people disappear who don't agree with them.  If some Americans weren't spoiled and could just lay low for at least a few weeks our current situation would be better.  Both parties have created entitled assholes but that's no excuse on an individual level in a situation like this.  A small amount of people will do what they want and it will end up costing the rest of us by dragging this out longer.

As long as human beings are in charge of countries, there will never be a perfect system, because human beings are imperfect.
