I don't get this trade at all.  Especially if the Angels give up more for that Regifo.  

the only thing I can think of is if the deal includes Price and the dogs are keeping some of his money.

I really like this trade. It shows a commitment to 2020 and Rengifo was expendable. But Eppler didn't bring Pederson in to play 1B.
