Billy Eppler has not traded or released him. Since Eppler is God, it means Skaggs is going to be great. Same with the rest of our pitching staff or any player that might not be doing well. Clearly, Eppler sees something in them and since he is always right and is the best GM of all time and the greatest in the history of anything that is great, you just have to wait and be patient.
