“Only Washoe County is left with voters in line, according to the Elections Division of the Nevada Secretary of State's Office. Once all voters in line in Washoe have cast a ballot, results will be released, officials said.”

It took 30 seconds for me to figure out how your state election laws work. Try to inform yourself next time around.

As I suspected, Dean Heller is out. Tying Jacky Rosen to Hillary in a state that she carried two years ago didn't turn out to be a winning strategy. Neither did siding with Trump on an issue that would have adversely affected a lot of voters (our Republican Governor asked him not to do it). 

Now we know why he didn't want Trump to come through here on another campaign swing.

The "Yes on 6" crowd should have actually put money behind it. It saw so many emotionally manipulative ads from the "No on 6" camp.

We also have our first Democratic Governor in 20 years. We have had mainly moderate Republicans, but Adam Laxalt was a Trump foot soldier who didn't get the endorsement of his predecessor. He vowed to reverse many of the reforms that Governor Sandoval had pushed through over the past eight years.

There is a part of me that hopes the dems keep Pelosi as speaker because Trump will have that foil and she is ineffective and part of me that would like to see some new blood who would actually work with the other side.  

With my luck they will pick some boring super lib who will not work with them at all.
