The rebuilding begins with the right coach hire.

Gonna finish with one of the 6-7 worst records and don't even get the 1st rd pick for doing so. Ouch

lots of things to fix. start with hiring a good coach and then address the needs one at a time. it's going to take 2-3 years to get this team to be a playoff contender, but putting in the right coaching staff and a ton of patience will go a long way to returning to being a good franchise.

True, although she did ultimately tear the franchise apart shortly after that 1999-2001 period that included two Super Bowl appearances with what should have been two SB titles.

Have the new GM then make a SMART coaching hire, run smart drafts free of trading away 6 early picks for a QB pick, and hire real scouts who don't tell you to draft TOTAL busts like Greg Robinson.

i just checked the rosters (only two years because i'm not that invested), they were basically the same as the super bowl years. all the key players are there.

It did catch me by surprise that the true tanking didn't start until the 2007 season.   From 2002-2006, they were 7-9, 12-4, 8-8, 6-10, and 8-8.   Then from 2007-2011, they were 15-65.

Mike Martz left after the 2005 season.   Once the key players from the 1999-2001 seasons eventually moved on as the decade proceeded, that was where Frontiere let it go to pot.

I went to the rams game Sunday to watch my cardinals annihilate them. 

I feel bad for you fans. Goff isn't the only issue. The rams o line is pathetic. Zero draft picks so let's hope they spend money

Rams or Bills are the worst openings right now among the teams needing a HC. That roster has little offensive talent and is stuck with Goff for the next few years(considering the investment they made in him).

Sean McVay, Redskins OC, is now the new Rams head coach and the youngest ever NFL head coach at age 30 (just over half of #FireFisher's age).

He's given credit for Kirk Cousins' emergence in 2016, nearly 5,000 passing yards.
