Go the CaliAngel method, Ray.  Overcook it until it is almost impossible to chew and then slather it in sauces to mask the fact that the meat is tough and overcooked.

 

Then go sit in front of the radio and listen to Jose Mota call the Angel game while you enjoy your charred meat.

11 pages and nobody has chosen Anaheim Angels Stadium, Home of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.. as a place they never eat?

I stopped eating there years ago. Have a couple of the soft coolers they have given away over the years.  I grill up a New York the night before, throw it in the fridge, (MEDIUM RARE) and make steak-onion-cheese sandwiches before heading out to the ballpark.

One of the 2 lb bags of roasted peanuts in the shell from any grocery store (Trader Joe's used to have the best ones but they stopped carrying them)

I usually grab some napkins at the ballpark....but that's it.
