In fact, if you're ever visiting Southern California and want to hear an Asian not stop talking, just go up to a group of them and ask what they think about In N Out. Pro Cooking Tip from Nate: Make sure its undercooked and bloody as hell. The laws of bacteria need not apply.

Go the CaliAngel method, Ray.  Overcook it until it is almost impossible to chew and then slather it in sauces to mask the fact that the meat is tough and overcooked.
