Jered Weaver finished 5 IP for High-A Inland Empire. He struck out five, walked none, and gave up a HR. Sat at 83 mph, per a scout there.

 

Improved upon the 82 MPH he was at in the last start. I think he's ready

While I want to be realistic which means Weaver may essentially be a right handed Moyer at this point, he deserves so much more respect from this fanbase that he took a huge pay cut for.
