Probably for the best if the Angels get this over with and fire him today.  They’re going to end up firing him regardless.  The longer it takes just makes the club look shitty.

Well, presumably a Mets blogger might have connections who would have heard about this since Callaway managed the Mets, obviously.  I highly, highly doubt the Mets/Cohen had anything to do with this story coming out now.
