Saw an intersting tweet earlier that suggested the Astros should not be allowed to use a DH at all this season so that they can experience what it’s like to have a competitive disadvantage.

Manfred's reasoning for not punishing players, that the Manager and GM didn't tell them electronics were illegal is such a load of shit.  Electronics or not they knew they were cheating.
