Israel is surely behind it.  The primary thing here isn’t hindering their nuclear program, because it doesn’t.  It’s about making diplomacy more difficult.  Biden already had a pretty difficult path forward with diplomacy.  This makes it even tougher.  Not great.

Diplomacy  with Iran was never a goal. That's why all the Arabs are getting friendly with Israel. The goal is to destroy the power of the Ayatollahs and along the way take Hezbollah with them

All the arabs aren’t getting friendly with Israel.  The gulf royals are.  Biden has expressed an interest in returning to talks.  Or at least some degree of interest in returning to the deal made during Obama’s years.  That possibility was very speculative to begin with.  The Saudis, Emirati’s  and Israelis want the US drawn into their fight with Iran.  The more directly involved in the conflict the better.  If there are talks or if there’s any deal, that is less likely.

anyway, I think the scene that made me laugh the most was when they go to Costco and the guy standing at the entrance keeps repeating “welcome to Costco, I love you” to everyone.
