The DL is where starting pitchers on this team end up, sooner or later, and usually for long stretches of time.

This is why Ohtani should not pitch for us anymore. You just know the TJ surgery is inevitable, along with an 18-month absence. Let him hit, which he's very good at. We desperately need offense.

As far as pitchers go, let's try what the Rays are doing. They have no starters. Their bullpen game strategy is interesting.
