These 2 seem fine.  It would have been unfathomably dumb to not trade Kinsler.

Both are already on the 40 and come with options.

Could mean they have more flexibility dealing Parker, Bedrosian, Alvarez, or Anderson.

if that's the case - it could be a significant deal -- isn't Kole either signed through 2019 or has an option?

we've discussed this before,  I forget if this is contract year -- all the more reason he gets dealt -- he getting hot at the plate right now. Am sure the MLB scouts were watching.

I get the feeling Boston was only real landing place for Kinsler, and they didn't have many solid prospects to deal. 

Optionable relief depth for a pending FA is good in this case. This replaces say Paredes and Morris.

I’m a fan. Good to see the Angels making a decision on their plan the rest of the season. Time to fully commit to it now. Sell out all players that don’t have a future here next season and stock up a few more prospects. Trade Kole now. Might be able to take advantage of it

Obtaining two guys with options and 6 years of control means they can more easily move their own controllable guys..  So, doubly good move.

Adding arms to a system that was short on arms for two expiring contracts is awesome. Good job Eppler. The bullpen should already be much better next season
