Probably finishes the year in IE, starts next season in Mobile, and could be in the bigs by end of year if he pitches well. 
They'll need to add him to the 40-man come Nov. '19 anyways, so, much like Suarez this year, if he's pitching well next year he could come up for a Sept. call-up.

yeah, I'm not sure when it comes to Taylor Ward the Angels are really worried about his arbitration eligibility.

right now it's fletcher getting the every day at bats.  I don't think they want to call him up and have hit sit.  So they'd likely have to trad Kinsler first.

Worth noting, 21 of the 30 listed are Eppler-era adds, including 7 of the Top 10.
