Fletcher/Thaiss should be playing over Kinsler/Pujols too but those situations are more debatable.

I would trade Kinsler, release Valbuena, and platoon Albert.  I would put Fletcher at 2nd, bring up JMF and Ward, put Ward at 3rd, JMF at 1st.  I would play Kole every single day so they know whether or not to trust them next season.

They never should have called Blash up to the MLB club.  He was raking in SLC, they should have traded him, knowing that batting stance was not going to be successful at the MLB level.  Now they have blown the trade value he had.
