History repeating itself. Dipoto spent money, depleted that farm system and was crap for two years.

Then he was a genius in 2014 because everything went right.

After that, he was back to being crap again.

The M's right now are like the 2014 Angels.

I completely agree. What is going on right now in Seattle isn't sustainable. They have a ridiculous record in one-run games, and an aging team with little in the way of replacements. Seattle ownership is banking on this continuing - which it won't.

I’m truly not salty at all about Dipoto having success with Seattle.  This shit won’t last.  Inevitably he’s going to have to replace some of the older players or over performing players.  They have no internal options.  Seattle’s farm is approaching Dipoto Angels territory.  It’s only a matter of time.  They’re having some good luck this year.  They have some good players.  It is what it is.  I mean, they can keep the great Wade LeBlanc and friends.
