He has done a great job in 27 years, despite your views on him.  His teams almost always over achieve.  I am sure your going to rebut and say he hasnt won a playoff game blah blah blah.

He hasnt had the personal to compete yet he has only 3 losing seasons 

He had a winning season with Peter Boujos as one of his best hitters.  He was in the hunt last year with Chavez and Nolosco.

I think how you evaluate a managerial success is ignorant as hell but each his own.

The point I was making is we are not privy to all the information on why who plays and who doesnt.  So despite I am unhappy Fletcher isn't starting I will not go apeshit like you.
