You dont know Scioscia's reasoning, not does he have an obligation to tell you.

I dont like the lineup but as I always say I will evaluate Scioscia's success over the long term of the season. 

That is where the manager has the greatest impact.

Although I wouldnt expect you to understand that.

There’s a big difference in a grizzled veteran’s 3 hits and a rookie’s 3 hits...I guess...
